To all our present and future customers,
Following on from our previous business update, we wanted to send some reassurance to you all that during the current COVID-19 pandemic we are, as long as we are allowed to, continuing to trade, but with a few changes to protect our customers and staff. All of our suppliers also remain open.
We will still be offering site surveys as normal, all planned and new orders will go ahead as long as we are allowed.
In order to continue trading, we will be taking the following steps and making changes accordingly:-
1. Site surveys will be carried out whilst maintaining social distancing from the customer. In some cases, the customer may not be required on site.
2. We can also offer customers a service in which no direct contact is made with you. If you can forward home address details, contact information, further details regarding requirements and if possible, a photograph of the entrance/external area concerned we can then organise a site visit in order to take measurements. There is no need for you to leave the house at that time, preventing contact between customer and workforce.
3. When work permits, gloves will be worn by Engineers.
4. When installing and completing handovers, Engineers will maintain social distancing
Please note, that we also carry sanitiser and antibacterial products so that all equipment (keypads, fobs, etc) can be thoroughly cleaned after having our attention.
