We keep a record of all of our customer’s details for anyone who has requested automatic or electric gates as they contain a serial number that matches the set of gates installed on the relevant property.
Once the service is complete, we run through a checklist to confirm that everything has been fitted correctly.

- All applicable user instructions have been delivered
- Force test certificate (a pass will be required for this)
- Maintenance Manual
- Statement of conformity
- The gate must be marked with CE
